Arise

"...that the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise..." Psalm 78:6 (King James Version).

Brothers and Sisters, Christ is calling us to rise up. We need to wake up out of our sleep and make disciples of all nations. Our Lord has given a decree that we must obey. We can no longer watch others do all the work. We need to come along side our brothers and sisters who have a obeyed Christ's declaration. They are willing to lay their life down for their Lord and Savior.

We are warriors for Christ, yet we are not living that way. Satan has a firm grasp on this world, and we are the ones that need to loosen his grip or totally diminish it. That is our calling.

12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Ephesians 6:12-13 (NIV)

  2. How true! Jesus is calling us to wake up. He is calling the nations, and we need to stand up and say, "I'll go, send me!" or we need to be sending the ones that will go.

I am encouraged in this walk of faith to have a brother like you.
